The Crew & Guest Database Module of IDEA VIO facilitates the management of all personal information such as contacts detail's, licences, salaries or preferences (guests).

Documents (e.g. copies of passports or certificates) and a photo can be inter-linked with each record.

It is also possible to program reminders for required trainings, drills, birthdays or anniveraries. A personal training history for each crewmember and a Crew List that will print standardised multi-lingual crew lists of onboard crew and guests for customs are included.
